DRIVING DIRECTIONSFrom Nashville/Nashville Airport:
Take I-40 W to the Nashville bypass, I-440. Follow I-440 until it reconnects with I-40 W on the other side of downtown Nashville. Take I-40 West again (signs will indicate you are traveling west towards Memphis). Look for Exit 196 (Hwy 70 S - right towards Newsom Station). Go 1.8 miles to Hwy 70 W. Turn left & follow Hwy 70 W through Pegram to White Bluff. Take a right on 47 N in White Bluff. Go 9.7 miles to the end, which is Hwy. 48. Turn right onto Hwy 48 N, passing through Charlotte, TN. Approximately 6 1/2 miles past Charlotte, look for first large green sign to Cumberland Furnace (shortly after the BP station on your right). As soon as you see this sign, prepare to turn left on the next road. Turn left and go to the bottom of the hill. Across the street you will see a Drouillard House sign and a steep blacktop drive. Turn up that drive to the mansion.
From I-24 (North-West):
I-24 East to Exit 4 (Hwy 79 Guthrie/Clarksville). Turn right off the exit (79S) on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. It turns into College St., and dead ends in about 8 miles. Turn left onto 41 A South. Take this road 1.5 miles until it curves right immediately after the Shell Station (the sign will say 13 S towards Charlotte). This road turns into 48 S. Stay on 48 S for approx. 17.5 miles until the turn-off to Cumberland Furnace (watch for big green sign). This is right after the snaking "S" curve. Turn right on New Dry Hollow Rd. Take the first left and go across the creek bridge. Take a right up the steep blacktop drive to the mansion.
From Memphis:
Take I-40 East out of Memphis toward Nashville. Follow Exit 172 to Dickson, and turn Right on Hwy 46 N. Travel through Dickson on Hwy 46 N about 5 miles until it dead ends at stoplight - Hwy 70 By-pass (not business route 70). Turn left on Hwy. 70, travel approximately 1/4 mile through the next stoplight. Take the next right (immediately after the light) onto the Hwy 48 N ramp. Follow 48 North for about 7 miles, through the town of Charlotte. Approximately 6 1/2 miles past Charlotte, look for first large green sign to Cumberland Furnace (shortly after the BP station on your right). As soon as you see this sign, prepare to turn left on the next road. Turn left and go to the bottom of the hill. Across the street you will see a Drouillard House sign and a steep blacktop drive. Turn up that drive to the mansion.
