A BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED PLANTATION MANSION
IN THE ROLLING HILLS OF TENNESSEE.

The Drouillard Mansion is steeped in the history of Middle Tennessee. The area that became Cumberland
Furnace was settled in the late 18th century by James Robertson, the “Father of Tennessee.” Cumberland
Furnace provided iron ore for the expanding industry, eventually comprising an iron plantation of 20,000
acres that the wife of Captain James Drouillard inherited in the 1860's. Together they reopened the
plantation and built the
Drouillard House Mansion. Today it is faithfully restored and welcoming
a new generation of guests.
